Australian Cockroaches
The Australian cockroach is a native species you'll find around gardens, garden beds, leaf litter, and decaying organic matter, particularly in leafy North Shore and Northern Beaches properties. They push indoors during cooler months looking for warmth and moisture, slipping in through door gaps, weep holes, and roof penetrations. Effective cockroach control here means treating the external perimeter and harbourage points, not just the spots you see them indoors.
